Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and support HR Service Delivery solutions. The role involves working on moderately complex technical challenges, supporting client needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality HRSD implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

• Perform technical analysis and configuration/development as per user stories.

• Resolve moderately complex technical and integration issues.

• Collaborate with product owners and team members to deliver requested features.

• Conduct code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of ServiceNow HRSD development in an enterprise environment.

• Hands-on experience with HRSD modules (Onboarding, Offboarding, HR Case, Knowledge, HR Virtual Agent, Service Portal, Performance Analytics).

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API scripting skills.

• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and related components.

• Strong experience with integrations and third-party systems.

• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflows.

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting/dashboards.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (Mandatory)

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator OR

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
