ServiceNow EAM Developer
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Developer with 5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience to design, configure, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on enabling full asset lifecycle management—from planning and procurement to maintenance and retirement—using ServiceNow EAM capabilities. You will work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Configure and customize ServiceNow EAM modules to support asset lifecycle processes such as asset estates, hierarchical components, warranties, service contracts, maintenance planning, and work orders.
§ Develop workflows, forms, UI components, scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP), and automations using JavaScript and GlideScript.
§ Optimize and manage inventory operations including stock rules, warehouse tracking, replenishment, and asset assignment.
§ Configure CMDB and Asset Management tables ensuring alignment across EAM, ITAM, ITSM, and related modules.
§ Integrate ServiceNow EAM with external systems (ERP, procurement, warehouse, maintenance) via APIs.
§ Lead unit testing, support UAT, and maintain solution quality and performance.
§ Maintain technical documentation and configuration inventory for all developed features.
§ Provide post‑deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
§ Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and EAM feature upgrades.
Key Requirements:
§ 5–7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, API integrations, and configuration of core modules.
§ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB, and ideally Enterprise Asset Management processes.
§ Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and working with JSON/XML data formats.
§ Understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance operations, and inventory processes.
§ Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.
§ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
§ Experience collaborating with project managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams.
