Icertis Functional Consultant

Role Summary

The Icertis Functional Consultant is a hands-on Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) functional expert responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering end-to-end contract lifecycle processes aligned with business requirements. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful CLM adoption and value realization

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in CLM implementations, with strong hands-on Icertis (ICI) functional experience.

• Proven experience configuring templates, clauses, workflows, and metadata in Icertis.

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes for corporate contracts.

• Experience working with Legal, Procurement, and Sales stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Icertis certification (Functional Consultant or equivalent) is preferred

• Exposure to SAP ecosystems (Ariba, S/4HANA) from a functional standpoint.
