Role description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Core Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based APIs; work with XML and XSLT for data transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
Work with MongoDB and other databases to manage and query data efficiently.
Independently analyze and resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, and XSLT.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multi-team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in large-scale enterprise projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
