You will design, develop, debug, test, document, integrate and commission application features/components in line with specifications, while improving or reusing existing components to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality. You will ensure adherence to engineering/process standards, manage delivery of modules and user stories, run defect investigations (RCA), and improve overall product quality. You will create/review all relevant artifacts (design docs, test cases, release plans), configure/manage code/configurations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers for requirements clarification, demos and alignment. You will also mentor the team: setting FAST goals, giving feedback, ensuring process compliance and team engagement. Performance will be measured via adherence to coding & process standards, project schedule/timelines, number of technical issues & defects (both during execution and post delivery), and non‑compliance issues. Required: deep domain knowledge, multiple programming languages, design & architecture skills, experience in SDLC/Agile, strong leadership/communication.
