Summary:
UST is looking for experienced professional to Project Manager the process improvement and automation initiatives across the enterprise. This role combines project Management and process optimization to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale process improvement and automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive enterprise-wide process mining initiatives, from discovery and analysis to actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities and define success metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor on process improvement and digital transformation strategies.
- Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for process optimization.
- Promote adoption of process mining and automation capabilities through training and stakeholder engagement.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership through reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business process management, operations, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record in project management, including leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio) and automation platforms.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and data analysis tools.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries.
