Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer

Experience: 4–8 years

Role Summary

The Salesforce QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce enhancements.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations including flows, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Apex triggers.
• Test integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (APIs, middleware).
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product owners.
• Support release planning and production deployments.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SOQL and basic Apex concepts (testing perspective).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Strong defect management and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Salesforce QA / Admin / Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with Experience Cloud or Field Service Lightning
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset)
• Experience in real estate, CRM, or enterprise platforms
