4 – 8 years of total QA experience, including at least 2–3 Salesforce projects (minimum 6 months each).
As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality by developing and executing automated tests on the Salesforce platform. You will play a key role throughout the development lifecycle—designing test automation frameworks, validating functionality, and maintaining high-quality standards across Salesforce implementations.
This role requires a solid background in object-oriented programming, quality engineering frameworks, and a strong understanding of full-stack testing (both backend and frontend).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, and design scalable test solutions.
Design, develop, and manage automated testing artifacts ensuring proper reuse, versioning, and maintenance.
Compile, analyze, and report test results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
Participate in all phases of testing — functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance.
Ensure testing aligns with Agile/Scrum processes and sprint goals.
Salesforce Testing Experience: At least 2–3 Salesforce projects (minimum 6 months each).
Automation Testing Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
Programming Knowledge: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Testing Strategies: Strong knowledge of various software testing methodologies and strategies.
Agile/Scrum Experience: Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
SAAS/Web Applications: Experience in testing web-based applications hosted on cloud (SaaS architecture).
Healthcare Domain Experience: Experience testing healthcare payer/insurance applications.
Continuous Integration: Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Test Automation Tools: Exposure to Selenium, TestNG, Provar, Tosca, or similar Salesforce automation tools.
API Testing: Experience testing REST/SOAP services.
Performance & Security Testing: Familiarity with tools like JMeter or Postman.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Proactive and passionate about improving automation coverage and test efficiency.
