Job Description – Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience Range: 5–7 Years (Salesforce Business Analyst System Analyst)

Hiring Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Chennai/Kochi/Trivandrum/Bangalore

Must Have Skills

• Tech Stack Required: Salesforce, Data Cloud, Health Cloud
• 4–7 years of work experience as a System Analyst
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities in Salesforce
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Experience designing and configuring Salesforce solutions (custom fields, workflows, reports)
• Ability to identify functional gaps and develop custom solutions within Salesforce
• Experience managing setup and configuration of Salesforce and related applications
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Salesforce Admins, Developers, and external consultants

Good to Have Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst certification is a plus)
• Interest in taking ownership of products and projects
• Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document evolving business needs
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in Salesforce
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
• Identify functional gaps and propose/customize platform-level solutions
• Manage setup and configuration of Salesforce and its related applications
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external consultants to deliver seamless solutions
• Work with project managers to track project status and ensure deliverables meet expectations
