Job Description: Full Stack Developer (ITSM)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who has experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems. In this role, you will build user-friendly web interfaces, develop back-end services, and connect front-end and back-end systems so they work smoothly together. You should also have a basic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and how it can be used in ITSM applications.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Design and build web user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and Node.js

• Make sure the application is responsive, easy to use, and supports ITSM workflows

Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP

• Handle database operations and ensure data is stored and retrieved efficiently

Middleware Development

• Build and integrate middleware components to connect front-end and back-end systems

• Ensure smooth and secure data flow across the application

Generative AI Awareness

• Stay up to date with Generative AI technologies

• Use GenAI ideas to improve ITSM features and automation where possible

Collaboration

• Work closely with ITSM experts, designers, product managers, and developers

• Participate in code reviews and help improve code quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in ITSM-related projects

• Strong skills in React, JavaScript, and Node.js

• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP

• Understanding of database management in ITSM systems

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI)

• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell

• Good communication and teamwork skills
