• Job Title: AI Engineer

  Job Overview:

  We are looking for a skilled and driven ML/GenAI Engineer with a solid background in software engineering or DevOps, and 3–4 years of experience in delivering production-ready Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM), and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI/ML tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems integration.

  Must-Have Skills:

  Experience:

  • 5+ years in software engineering or DevOps, including 3–4 years building and deploying production ML/LLM/GenAI solutions

  Programming:

  • Proficient in Python

  • Experience with at least one modern language: TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Java

  AI/ML Tooling:

  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, including:

    • LangChain

    • Semantic Kernel

    • LangGraph

    • CrewAI

    • AutoGen

  • Working knowledge of vector stores such as:

    • Azure Cognitive Search

    • Pinecone

    • Weaviate

    • pgvector

  Cloud & DevOps:

  • Strong experience with Azure (preferred), or AWS/GCP

  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:

    • Terraform

    • Bicep

    • ARM templates

  • Expertise in Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment

  Systems Integration:

  • Proven experience integrating with:

    • Enterprise data warehouses

    • Message buses

    • Identity providers using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML

  Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders

  • Discipline in documentation and following engineering best practices

  Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning

  • Familiarity with model monitoring and AI observability tools

  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML/GenAI projects
