Role description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.

Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution

Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions

Optimises efficiency cost and quality.

Senior Java Developer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate. Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka). Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker). Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Java development. Experience working in Agile development environments. Preferred Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead development efforts. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
