Good proficiency in testing activities related to Data migration projects especially having experience in migrating data from data bases converting it to file formats in particularly VSAM , JSON etc.

Candidate should be capable of writing SQL’s as well as proficient in CRDU operations working with VSAM files.

Expertise required on mainframe online(CICS) and batch execution (JCL & Cobol), understanding and modifying the components as required for test executions.

Data mapping ,validations, Verifications , cleansing etc are essentially part of the testing for this profile and expect the candidate to have handful exposure on these testing.

Candidate should be excellent in leading and coordinating customer communications and should be proficient enough to participate in requirement discussions and understand the sensitivity and business relevance of data and its types.

Technical skills:

Scripting Language- JCL, CICS, COBOL and VSAM Tools- TSO, XPEDITOR, FILEAID, SPUFI, PACKMAN, FILEMANAGER, EZYEDIT, PRINCETON, TFS, IBM Rational clear Quest, Eclipse, Soap UI, TAAF, SUPI, QMF, JIRA, Quality Centre
