Job Description

As Lead UX Designer within the Global Digitization team, you will define and drive the user experience vision across our application suite. Working closely with global and regional Product, Engineering, and Business teams, you will lead the evolution of intuitive, scalable, and high-impact digital experiences.

You will shape UX standards, guide complex design initiatives, and ensure consistent, user-centered solutions across products. Your work will directly influence usability and customer satisfaction at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution

  • Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Lead the creation of user journeys, conceptual models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into elegant, intuitive experiences.
  • Oversee usability testing and validation activities to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure design consistency across web and application interfaces.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Clearly articulate design rationale and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Support alignment with corporate style guides and visual branding standards.

Delivery & Quality

  • Ensure design integrity through implementation, collaborating with development teams to maintain UX quality.
  • Balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and processes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within complex or enterprise web-based applications.
  • Proven experience leading UX initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong interaction design, information architecture, and usability expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design/prototyping tools).
  • Experience conducting or guiding usability testing and research activities.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in global, cross-regional environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
