About the Role
The Access Management Engineer – Application Onboarding will be responsible for onboarding and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for enterprise applications, supporting approximately multiple users. This role involves handling complex and standard applications, ensuring secure access management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust authentication solutions.
What You’ll Do

• Manage Application Onboarding for Duo, including integration of SSO applications (complex and standard).
• Configure and support custom applications, native/desktop applications, and application groups.
• Implement header-based SSO without AM technology support for complex apps.
• Configure Web SSO with protocol support (SAML, OAuth/OIDC) and header-based SSO with AM technology for standard apps.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance and optimize authentication flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and access-related issues across multiple platforms.
• Document processes and maintain onboarding standards for scalability.

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in SSO technologies and identity/access management.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and header-based SSO.
• Familiarity with custom application onboarding and desktop/native app integration.
• Ability to manage large-scale user environments (10,000+ users).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Duo Security or similar MFA solutions.
• Knowledge of application grouping strategies and protocol-level troubleshooting.
• Prior exposure to enterprise-level access management projects.
