SAP EAM, S/4HANA – Plant & Fleet Maintenance

Must-Have Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

• 7+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP, with strong focus on:

  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

  • Plant Maintenance (PM)

  • Fleet Maintenance

• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP EAM implementations on SAP S/4HANA

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience preferred

• Experience supporting site deployments and sustainment activities

Core SAP EAM / Plant & Fleet Maintenance Skills

• Strong hands-on experience across Plant and Fleet Maintenance processes, including:

  • Administrative Maintenance

  • Corrective Maintenance

  • Preventive Maintenance

  • Emergency Maintenance

  • Dispatch and Scheduling

  • Refurbishment

  • Warranty Claim Processing

  • Spare Parts and Inventory Management

• Strong knowledge of Plant & Fleet Maintenance master data, including:

  • Equipment, Functional Locations

  • Task Lists, Maintenance Plans

  • Bills of Material (BOMs)

• Experience with data readiness and site readiness activities for deployments

• Proven experience in solution sustainment and delivery for multi-site environments

SAP Asset Manager

• Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Manager, including:

  • Mobile maintenance execution

  • Integration with SAP S/4HANA EAM

  • Support of field maintenance use cases

Delivery & Agile

• Experience working in SAFe / Agile delivery models

• Ability to support localization decisions while maintaining global template standards

• Experience ensuring lift-and-shift opportunities across markets, including integrations with retained legacy or SAP systems

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams with internal and external resources

• Prior experience in manufacturing, CPG, or fleet-heavy environments

• Knowledge of EAM integrations with:

  • Inventory Management (MM)

  • Procurement (PTP)

  • Finance (FI/CO)

• Exposure to interfaces and middleware platforms

• Experience with process optimization, simplification, and standardization initiatives
