SAP SD, Order to Cash (OTC) – DSD Focus

Must-Have Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

• 7+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP, with strong focus on:

  • SAP SD

  • SAP LE

  • SAP DSD

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Strong experience in end-to-end OTC design and development, including integration with:

  • Record to Report (RTR)

  • Make to Deploy (MTD)

  • Forecast to Schedule (F2S)

  • Trade systems

Core SAP OTC Skills

• In-depth knowledge of:

  • SAP Pricing & Rebates (pricing procedures, access sequences, routines, formulas, rebate agreements, free goods, settlements)

  • ATP and Backorder Processing

  • Material determination

  • Intercompany processes, STOs, contracts, and third-party sales

  • Accounts Receivable integration

SAP DSD – Mandatory

• Strong experience with SAP DSD solutions, including:

  • Route preparation

  • Route execution

  • Route accounting and settlement

• Hands-on experience with DSD GTM models:

  • Van Sales

  • Pre-Sales

  • Pre-Order

  • Mixed routes

• Strong understanding of DSD master data, including:

  • Visit plans, visit lists, routes

  • Sales representatives, drivers, and hierarchies

• Experience in:

  • Order capture, management, and provisioning of goods or services on routes

  • Returns of finished products, empties handling, free goods, and product exchanges

  • Pricing agreements and route settlement processes

• Integration experience with:

  • Mobile/handheld devices and frontline mobility solutions

  • Warehouse management systems

  • Transportation and advanced route planning systems

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with global template design and localization

• Background in CPG / FMCG environments with DSD-centric business models

• Exposure to trade promotion management and advanced pricing models

• Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or similar Agile frameworks

• Knowledge of SAP FSCM, BRIM, or advanced credit management

• Experience with cloud-based integrations and middleware platforms
