Role description
Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant with 8 - 10 years experience:
- Functional configuration of Oracle HCM Benefits, with strong alignment to Core HR
- Conduct analysis and support implementation to align retirement plan eligibility and benefit structures across multiple legal employers
- Hands-on experience with U.S. retirement benefits (401(k), pension, eligibility rules, plan structures) is a strong plus
- Partner with US stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve gaps, and ensure compliant, scalable benefit design
- Support testing, data validation, and issue resolution related to benefits and retirement configurations
