Summary

We are seeking a passionate Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Keller. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their growth and development while implementing our curriculum. This position is vital to our mission of providing high-quality early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress in various developmental areas.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Foster social skills through collaborative play and group activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required, High School Diploma or equivalent is acceptable
• Experience working with 6 weeks to preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create a nurturing environment that encourages learning and growth.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus but not required
