What You’ll Be Doing:

• Residential HVAC change-outs and retrofit installations
• Installing AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers
• Ductwork modifications as needed
• System start-ups and performance testing
• Ensuring installs meet HVAC code and manufacturer specs
• Maintaining clean, professional job sites

What We Need:

• 2+ years HVAC install experience (residential preferred)
• Strong experience with change-outs and retrofits
• EPA 608 Certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics/crawlspaces and lift 75 lbs.
