Lead Instructor – Data Science & AI

Role Overview:

Alfa Tech is seeking a versatile and expert Lead Instructor to spearhead our Data Science and Artificial Intelligence training programs. In this unique dual-focus role, you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of tech talent—from industry professionals looking to upskill in Advanced Data Science to young learners (ages 8-15) taking their first steps into AI.

If you can explain Neural Networks to an engineer and Scratch programming to a 10-year-old with equal enthusiasm, this role is for you.

​Responsibilities:

• Lead the Data Science Course across three proficiency levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
• Must be an expert in Advanced Excel & SQL fundamentals, Python programming, Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau), Predictive Modeling, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with beginner-friendly AI tools (e.g., Face Sensing APIs, Canva AI, Scratch (MIT) or similar block-based coding platforms.
• Guide students through industry-grade capstone projects and provide career support/counseling.

• ​Ability to work flexible hours (especially weekends for the weekend batches).
