Job Description
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using [BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker].
• Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Automate data processes and improve data accuracy.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure performance.
• Present findings to management in a clear, data-driven manner.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
• Strong command of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Knowledge of Excel, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data findings.
