Business Analyst

· -Analyze courier operations data (shipments, deliveries, delays, costs).

· -Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management.

· -Analyze customer, sales, and operational data to improve efficiency.

· -Work with operations, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements.

· -Support decision-making through data-driven insights.

· -Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, cost per shipment, and service quality.

· -Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.

· Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and understanding of courier/logistics KPIs.

· Good communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and improve processes through data insights.
