Division Link

We are seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst (.NET) for our products, which are written in .NET. This individual will be responsible for providing Level-2 technical support to our customers. This will include resolving issues of increasing difficulty as your knowledge grows, as well as acquiring programming and database skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Support and Development teams to understand the system’s functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring strong alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Manage development tasks throughout the full software development lifecycle by implementing bug fixes, writing high-quality, robust .NET code, and contributing to ongoing application improvements.
• Troubleshoot application issues—including system errors, defects, and production incidents—and assist users in resolving operational challenges.
• Update Team Support /Jira tickets within established SLAs to provide customers with timely and meaningful updates.
• Investigate and resolve high-severity, business-impacting incidents within SLA expectations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Perform developer unit testing and support the team through peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with development standards.
• Maintain and enhance existing .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, etc.), ensuring stability and continuous improvement of supported systems.
• Follow established Project Management methodologies for organizing daily tasks, managing deliverables, and meeting project timelines.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support users and applications within the .NET ecosystem.
• This role may require occasional after-hours support to accommodate urgent production issues or planned maintenance activities.
  
  

Key Skills And Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written English is necessary. No exceptions will be made here.
• Strong .NET application support expertise, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues across C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with a strong work ethic, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities
  
  

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline. Computer Science Majors are the most preferred.
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience preferred
  
  

Work Shift

• 12:00pm to 9:00pm. (Pakistan Standard Time).
