Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, reviewing code and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle — from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Maintain clear documentation for development tasks, technical processes, and project progress.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development practices.
• Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met with accountability and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a .NET Developer (senior-level or team lead experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and Entity Framework.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and third-party integrations.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, with strong mentoring and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
