Job Title: Accounts & Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee payroll, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and other core financial operations.
• Improve accounting systems, processes, and efficiency across the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CMA, or CPA completed or in progress is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP Next, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
