Lead Interior Design / Sales Specialist

LEAD INTERIOR DESIGN / SALES SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Lead Interior Design / Sales Specialist to join the QW team! At QW, you will be tasked with utilizing your design talent to help customers find the perfect furniture for their home. You will also be responsible for leading our showroom display design and taking on our more complex and advanced customer leads. A top-notch sales team is of utmost importance and you will be encouraged to utilize your creative energy and talent. We are a local, family owned company looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill this exciting role. Interior design and sales experience is required. Bachelors level education or higher is required.

HOW WE DO THINGS

Our sales team members are not compensated via direct commission. We utilize a sales commission share program that allows all of our team to work in lockstep together. Because of this, we never have inter-staff commission related conflict. We think that a positive, collaborative culture creates a much more enjoyable workplace environment. And, our commission share program allows all our staff to reap the rewards of a busy and successful month and allows for 'upside' compensation potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with customers on the showroom floor / phone / email
  • Leading showroom display design and decorating
  • Ordering decor and other products from vendors
  • Taking lead on advanced customer projects
  • Maintain sales tools and records
  • Assist in Office Duties
  • Assist in website maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Interior design experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and technology
  • Sales experience
  • Bachelors level education (or higher)

SCHEDULE

  • Full time preferred (40 hours)
  • Set schedule every week
  • Schedule will include Saturdays & a day off during the week
  • Holiday time off (we are closed on Major Holidays)
  • Every Sunday off (closed)
  • All Evenings off (closed by 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
