Lead Interior Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Interior Designer located in Riyadh, KSA. The Lead Interior Designer will oversee and execute interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements and project timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, selecting and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), collaborating with architects and contractors, and supervising design implementations to ensure excellent quality and design consistency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and knowledge of Architecture principles.
• Proven experience in Interior Design and FF&E selection and specification.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee a project lifecycle from concept through execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3DMax, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience working in the Saudi market and knowledge of local styles and regulations are advantageous.
