1. Role Purpose

The Lead – Interior Solutions Group will spearhead the strategic, commercial, and operational leadership of Pidilite ‘s Interior Solutions portfolio (including Roff, Dr. Fixit Interiors, Tile Adhesives & Grouts, Wood Finishes & Adhesives, Wall Preparation & Décor solutions ).

The role is responsible for driving specifications and conversion with Architects and Interior Designers for projects.

2. Key Responsibilities

A . Portfolio & Category Management

• Drive category growth for wood finish, tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing interiors, and woodworking in leading Architect and interior Design Forms.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights for portfolio shaping.

B. Market Development

• Expand footprint in Architect and Interior Design firms by specifying PPS interior solutions .
• Be the preferred partner for all the interior solution needs

D. Influencer Ecosystem Leadership

• Build engagement programs for architects, interior designers, .
• Strengthen training platforms and capability-building initiatives.

E. Brand Building & Marketing

• Work with Corporate Marketing team on integrated marketing strategy—ATL, BTL, digital, on‑ground activations.
• Build consumer pull, influencer endorsement , and category awareness through targeted campaigns.

F. People Leadership

• Lead a high-performing team
• Build capability, succession pipelines, and a culture of agility, innovation, and performance.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA in Marketing / Business Management (preferred)
• Engineering / Architect/Interior design (desirable but not mandatory)

Experience

• 14–18 years of experience in Interior Solutions, Construction Chemicals, Paints, Tiles, Adhesives, Building material or related categories
• Proven experience in handling influencer-driven business models, and project-based sales
