Role & responsibilities
1. Strategic leadership and market development -

Design and implement the international sales strategy for the Dubai markets, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market (GTM) plans based on customer behaviour and market dynamics.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define market-entry and expansion strategies

Set ambitious team targets and develop a roadmap to surpass them
2. Team leadership and performance management -

Lead, manage, and expand the international sales team with clear roles, responsibilities and performance metrics

Provide regular coaching, feedback and development plans to strengthen team capability

Create a high-performance culture driven by ownership, accountability and collaboration

Inspire and align the team around strategic goals and customer-centric values
3. Partner engagement and ecosystem development -

Guide domestic channel partners to generate and convert leads from international markets - -

Onboard and mentor new channel partners, ensuring strong relationships and enhanced outreach

Align internal teams with external partners for cohesive execution and consistent performance
4. Client engagement and market positioning -

Oversee high-value international client interactions, including site visits and the closure process - -

Ensure the team effectively communicates product value, differentiation and compliance with international standards

Build long-term client relationships that drive sustained revenue and referrals
5. Results ownership and execution excellence -

Own the responsibility of achieving international sales targets and driving profitability from the Dubai - - -

Monitor key performance metrics, track lead conversion and refine strategies for continuous improvement

Use data insights to optimise team and market performance

Represent the company at international exhibitions, roadshows and client forums
Preferred candidate profile
Education:
-
MBA in Sales & Marketing from pedigree college (Tier 1)
Experience:
-
5-10 years in international sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
-
Strong exposure in Sales, Distribution, Expanding GCC Market, Controlling cost, P&L.
