About the Role:

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end development, enhancement, and delivery of core banking and digital products while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple technology-driven projects, and maintain full visibility through strong financial modeling, analytics, and documentation. The position requires deep expertise in T24, modern technical frameworks, and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality, scalable solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to implement new product development / enhancement in existing product as per targets set by business groups / senior management.
• Be able to implement regulatory requirement as and when required within specified time lines
• Be able to pick up and run multiple projects with end to end responsibility
• Build and maintain a clear visibility on all aspects of the projects and present scheduled status reports to the management
• Be able to manage and run cross functional teams and achieve the targeted results with a timely delivery with excellent quality within the limited resources.
• Having strong knowledge of (JBoss, Oracle, TAFJ, Microservices OKE, soap and rest api).
• Build and maintain the complete Business Case for different projects.
• Department / Unit Management with Time/Cost/Quality responsibility Develop and update technical documentation pertaining to Core Banking System developments.
• Lead Insight Analytics for the development of Business Reports and adhoc data extractions.
• Work on projects focused on continuous improvement of the applications support models and associated processes using appropriate technologies.
• Any other assignment assigned by higher management as and when desired

Job Requirement:

• At least Graduation (16 years) professional degree in IT/CS/SE/CE from well recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in development of Core Banking System (Temenos T24 AA Architecture) Development skills on up-to-date technical frameworks. \
• Capable of maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Clear understanding of core banking system's key functional segments, i.e. Lending, Deposits, and Accounts.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations, and other banking policies, and procedures. Good understanding of Data Science and BI technologies.
