Berry Home Centers, the region’s leading family-owned building materials supplier, is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing sales team. We serve builders, remodelers, and homeowners throughout Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee, and we take pride in providing the highest level of service, expertise, and community connection.

About the Role

As a Kitchen & Bath Designer at Berry Home Centers, you’ll collaborate with homeowners and contractors to design and sell stock, semi-custom, and custom kitchen and bath layouts. You’ll use 2020 Design software to create cabinetry plans, prepare accurate quotes, and coordinate orders through completion. This role combines design creativity with technical precision and is perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into finished spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Design and sell kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
• Meet with customers to understand their goals, style, and budget
• Prepare detailed quotes and layout drawings
• Coordinate with our sales and operations teams from design to delivery
• Stay current on design trends, product lines, and materials

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of kitchen and bath design experience
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software
• Strong product knowledge and ability to provide great customer service
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with field measuring or installation coordination a plus

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
