• • Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:
As our Landscape Crew Leader, you are a "working supervisor." You’ll stay hands-on with the crew while taking ownership of site quality and team morale.

• Lead the Charge: Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the team, and ensure all properties meet our high-quality standards.
• Technical Ownership: Perform and oversee mowing, planting, edging, and irrigation maintenance with precision.
• Team Mentorship: Train new crew members on equipment safety and "quality-first" landscaping techniques.
• Site Excellence: Act as the final eye on every job to ensure the property is "magazine-ready" before the crew departs.
• Safety Leadership: Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment at all times.

What You Bring To The Team:

• The Experience: 1–3 years of professional landscaping experience. Previous experience as a Lead Technician or Supervisor is a major plus!
• The Grit: A strong work ethic and a "lead by example" attitude—you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty with your team.
• The Gear: A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required for this role.
• Leadership Potential: A positive, professional energy and a desire to grow into a management track.
