About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Legal Analyst with an experience of 5 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

• An experienced Derivative Lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant expertise gained from leading banks or financial institutions will be preferred.
• Exposure to European, Asian and US markets.
• Sound knowledge of Corporate Law and Contract Law.
• Extensive proficiency in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements, particularly ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Excellent collaboration, team leadership and people management abilities with a self-motivated approach and the capability to train teams on derivative documentation.
• Must have experience in finance-based contracts, derivative business and market practices.
• Excellent skills in negotiating derivative documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Seasoned in negotiating end-to-end legal agreements on behalf of Societe Generale with lawyers across the globe.
