• Collaborate with business units to ensure the alignment of company practices with Global Code of Conduct and related Policies, legal regulations, and other internal policies.
• Ensure keeping up to date the Global Code of Conduct and related Policies that enable the company to prevent, detect, and manage compliance breaches.
• Provide continuous improvement of compliance program in all subsidiaries globally and support the coordination with the local compliance officers worldwide.
• Organize awareness activities including training design, execution and increase awareness about global ethics hotline channels globally.
• Monitor the company's compliance reporting and documentation system globally.
• Ensure the company’s third-party risk management, “Know Your Customer” processes.
• Support the special compliance related needs of subsidiaries in accordance with the Global Code of Conduct and Related Policies.
• Conduct systematic compliance risk analyses, identify, evaluate, and monitor compliance risks of the company including its third parties. You will also track the improvement processes and provide the essential support.
• Assess the compliance related risks of the company, develop strategies to mitigate these risks and lead the implementation of the strategies.
• Review several contracts and advise business units with respect to compliance requirements.
• Support the reporting of compliance matters to the Global Ethics Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Review and investigate reports received through Ethics Hotline channels and provide support in carrying out the process of the Global Ethics Committee when necessary.

• Graduate from Faculties of Political Sciences, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Law,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Experience in the evaluation of complex allegations and advancing the investigative process to include drafting investigation reports and carrying out investigation interviews,
• Having 1-2 years of experience in international sanctions would be an asset,
• Strong analytical and advisory skills, including the ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex compliance questions relating to various business matters,
• The ability to use creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a pragmatic and sound manner,
• High level commitment and motivation,
• Outstanding skills in active listening, communication, and presentation,
• Project management experience would be an asset,
• Multinational experience is desirable,
• Competence in coordination and organization issues,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
