Duties:

• Complete Service Requests
• HVAC Installation
• Inventory / budgeting
• Lead staff of three (4)
• Exterior Projects

Skills:

• HVAC Certification Required
• CPO is a plus
• 3 year of Lead Maintenance experience in multifamily or similar
• Knowledgeable in Carpentry, Floor installation, Paint, Tile, Basic Electrical, Plumbing, Appliances & HVAC
• Have your own small tools
• Great teamwork attitude
