Lead Maintenance Technician/Supervisor

Seeking a full-time working maintenance technician who can also manage work orders, part time staff, etc. for a locally owned property management company. The ideal candidate will help plan and facilitate all maintenance and landscaping requests.

Responsibilities:

- Resolve tenant complaints
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Landscaping (mowing, blowing, trimming, weeding, etc.)

- Manage day to day work order priorities, supplies, etc.

- Plan seasonal work accordingly

Qualifications:

- Previous maintenance experience required (3 years)
- Property management experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift/carry 50+ lbs
- Reliable vehicle with the ability to haul building materials, tools, ladders, mowers, blowers, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in coordinating maintenance tasks
