Lead Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Contact all incoming leads immediately (the "speed to lead" rule) to verify their budget, location preference, and readiness to buy/rent.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder, or HubSpot) with 100% accuracy.
  • Nurturing & Follow-up: Execute "drip campaigns" and follow-up schedules for cold or long-term leads who aren't ready to buy today but might be in 6 months.
  • Lead Distribution: Fairly and strategically assign "Sales-Ready Leads" to the right agents based on the agent's expertise or performance.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Lead Response Time, Conversion Rate, and ROI of different marketing channels (Facebook vs. Google vs. Portals).
  • Quality Control: Monitor agent feedback on lead quality to help the marketing team refine their advertising strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
