Job Description:
Katib (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Management Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales, customer relations, or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and track new leads from calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Keep records of leads updated and accurate.
- Follow up with potential customers to maintain interest.
- Share qualified leads with the sales team for further action.
- Help improve the lead process by coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales/lead management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and an interest in learning CRM tools.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player mindset.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
