Role Summary: Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Lead, Marketing Analytics who will be responsible for partnering with the Marketing team to develop best-in-class tools, measurement frameworks, and insights that enable campaign effectiveness, customer growth, and improved return on marketing investments

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic marketing initiatives, in close partnership with the relevant VP (e.g., VP of Marketing, VP of Growth), involving executive and senior stakeholders across the organization.

Oversee the full project management lifecycle of marketing analytics initiatives ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met while maintaining analytical rigor and clarity of insights.

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing analytics initiatives are scalable, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Guide and mentor a team of analysts and managers, fostering a culture of excellence in analytical thinking, marketing measurement, and strategic storytelling.

Design and oversee complex analyses to evaluate campaign performance, customer journeys, and marketing ROI turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Support communication of key insights and strategic findings to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring marketing performance, opportunities, and priorities are clearly articulated.
