• Play a critical role in shaping & delivery of the future of our Digital Product (Oliz) customer experience. It is a broad role requiring customer focus, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, a high level of technical understanding & a passion for both retail & digital innovation.
• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new customer experiences that align with Arçelik digital vision.
• Lead a cross-functional squad, you will develop value-driven solutions that support business goals while delighting our customers. You'll own the product vision, manage prioritized backlogs, align stakeholders around strategic goals, and continuously seek ways to optimize the digital journey for maximum impact.
• Collaboration is key. You will work closely with teams across the business to understand challenges and opportunities, and partner with IT to scope and deliver change. Agile ways of working are integral to our evolution, and your experience in agile delivery will help us continue to refine and improve our approach.
• Responsible for the scoping, analysis, and delivery of digital roadmap initiatives with a channel or area of the customer journey.
• Partnering with UX and data insight teams to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
• Defining and prioritizing initiatives based on customer insights, commercial value, and technical feasibility—supported by clear business cases.
• Collaborating with IT to identify the best-fit technical solutions to meet both customer and business needs.
• Working across departments—including Trading, Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Retail, Contact Centre, Finance, and Logistics—to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Communicating progress, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders and business leaders.

• A strong commercial mindset and the ability to confidently prioritize based on business value,
• A data-driven, customer-obsessed, and solutions-oriented approach,
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels,
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to lead full product/project lifecycles,
• Solid technical understanding—enough to collaborate effectively with developers and assess implementation impact,
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
