As a marketing executive, you'll work with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to grow the company's brand, and funnel metrics.


Job Summary:
The Lead marketing Specialist role develops and executes marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, acquire customers, and drive revenue growth. They oversee all marketing campaigns, focusing on social media ads. They collaborate with internal teams, manage the company's brand image, conduct market research, budgeting, and plan trade shows/events. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Job Title: Lead Marketing Specialist


Responsibilities:


1. Strategy Execution: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


2. Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on media buying and paid campaigns on social media, ensuring timely delivery and optimal impact. Drive campaign management efforts across the company.


3. Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. Lead content strategies across all marketing channels and oversee content development efforts.


4. Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels. Lead brand management efforts across the company.


5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. Lead market analysis efforts across the company.


6. Budget Management: Responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI, particularly in media buying and social media campaigns. Lead budget management efforts across the company.


7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, principal/channel marketing teams, and outsourcing vendors to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives. Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts across the company.


8. Event Marketing: Plan and execute trade shows and events marketing initiatives, leveraging industry relationships and opportunities to enhance the company’s presence. Lead event marketing efforts across the company.




Requirements


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.


  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing with a focus on strategy, management, and leadership.


  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading the implementation of effective marketing campaigns, especially in media buying and paid social media campaigns.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in managing a team of marketing specialists.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and outsourced vendors.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proven experience in conducting market research and analysis.


  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in marketing.


  • High preference for candidates with experience in IT consulting or ERP, SaaS products.


  • Proven track record in trade shows and events marketing.
