Lead ME Engineer

Responsibilities

1 Define manufacturing process and development of new parts, sub assembly and assembly.

2 CNC programming and parts prove out on CNC machines with first time right concept.

3 Selection of cutting tools and prove out on machines.

4 Jigs, Fixture & gauges design and manufacturing.

5 Problem solving & trouble shooting.

6 First part approval form customer.

7 Process documentation as per quality systems.

8 Process improvement & cycle time reduction.

9 Prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications

BE Mechanical

Minimum of 12-14 years related experience
