Job Summary

HYA Tech is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Designer to head the mechanical design functions for industrial automation projects. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor a team of designers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design activities for automation systems
• Create and validate 3D/2D designs using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Inventor
• Review GD&T, DFMEA/FMEA, RCA, Why-Why analysis
• Optimize designs for DFM & DFA
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and cycle-time studies
• Design jigs, fixtures, special-purpose machines
• Integrate mechanisms with actuators, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Lead design reviews and project documentation
• Coordinate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Skills Required

SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Automation Design, DFM/DFA, Tolerance Analysis, Leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
