Lead Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are hiring a Lead Motion Graphic Designer who can conceptualize, direct, and execute complex motion projects with finesse. You will be the point of reference for creative direction, animation pipelines, and mentoring the motion team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead motion design for campaigns, product videos, and digital content.

 Oversee storyboarding, animation direction, and final delivery.

 Work closely with creative leads and clients to shape the narrative and tone.

 Explore new tools, techniques, and styles to keep the motion language evolving.

 Guide junior designers and ensure top-tier output quality across all deliverables.

Requirements:

 6–8 years of experience in motion design, animation, or post-production.

 Deep expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D tools (Blender or similar).

 Understanding of sound design and compositing workflows.

 Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

 A reel that reflects storytelling depth, technical precision, and aesthetic innovation.
