Lead MS D365 F&O Developer

The organization is undergoing a major digital transformation, including the modernization of its enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize operations, supply chain visibility, and financial performance.

The initiative includes upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to improve automation, data integration, and process scalability across departments.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead MS D365 F&O Developer to lead the technical implementation, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the ERP system.

The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of MS Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
• Customize and extend core D365 F&O functionality using X++, C#, and Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate D365 with third-party systems, including supply chain, logistics, and financial platforms.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability across environments.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers or offshore team members.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and cross-functional technical reviews.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security best practices throughout the ERP lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
• Proven success in leading ERP implementations or major module rollouts.
• Strong experience with X++ development, data migration, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience integrating D365 with external systems using APIs or middleware.
• Excellent understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Power BI or advanced reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services and data warehousing.
• Experience working in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• Familiarity with Agile project management practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 per week
