About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Nurturer & CRM Executive Intern to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will support lead nurturing activities, CRM management, and marketing operations to help identify qualified leads into qualified opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, customer engagement, marketing automation, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update lead information within the CRM.
  • Monitor lead activity and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support marketing campaigns by tracking and engaging incoming leads.
  • Help segment leads and maintain organized lead databases.
  • Track campaign performance and lead qualification metrics.
  • Generate basic reports related to lead conversion and marketing activities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with marketing automation and workflow management where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation concepts.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn CRM systems, marketing processes, and customer engagement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
  • Previous internship, academic project, or practical experience in marketing or customer engagement is a plus.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
