Position Summary

The Senior Digital Product Analyst at Life Time plays a key role in the development and optimization of digital products that enhance the Member experience. This role is responsible for analyzing digital product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze engagement and satisfaction. The Senior Digital Product Analyst involves gathering and analyzing data from various sources, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations to leaders and supporting the Analytics Community. The role plays a key part in defining and tracking KPIs, ensuring that products are delivering on business goals. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in an agile environment, providing timely feedback and suggestions to digital product teams. This position also requires close collaboration with data engineers and analytic teams to leverage data effectively and to ensure the development of scalable and data-driven digital insights.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • DOMO Dashboard Planning, Building
  • Work with stakeholders to develop business requirements for analysis needs
  • Creation and maintenance of certified enterprise datasets in collaboration with data engineering team
  • Maintain a knowledge base on the systems and impart system training to internal team members and relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with LTT initiatives and plan for ‘Did it Work?’ Analysis
  • Support other analysts within LTT to help meet their stakeholder need, either through collaboration on work or guidance
  • Maintain a roadmap for LTT analytics in conjunction with senior leadership, keeping up to date with enterprise initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to various business areas in Adobe Analytics or DOMO
  • Support stakeholders with informed decision making through insight and analysis, influencing and bringing new innovative ideas and recommendations to them
  • Collaboration across departments for LTT initiatives and work with the analytics community

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in current industry trends and best practices within discipline
  • Strong team player - puts team before self. Actively participates in making the Analytics Community the best it can be
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines
  • High degree of self-discipline to work independently

Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field.

Years of Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as a digital product analyst, analytics analyst or business analyst
  • 4+ years of experience in creating stories, analytic modelling and delivering data insights to leaders
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in driving projects independently and strong cross-functional leadership
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in writing medium complexity SQL in databases such as Snowflake or similar technology

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

  • N/A

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Platform training or certifications
  • Practical experience using Agile/Scrum framework and/or related training/certifications
  • Practical experience using DOMO, Snowflake and Adobe Analytics or similar toolsets
  • Practical experience using Atlassian toolset: Jira and Confluence
  • Proficient storytelling using data visualizations to communicate insights
  • Enthused to learn new business functions and technologies, and ability to do so quickly, on the job
