Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Organic Growth Architect who specializes in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-driven organic growth strategies.
You are not just a strategist; you are an executor who can roll up your sleeves, build scalable growth architectures, leverage cutting-edge AI tools for research and optimization, and quickly adapt strategies based on performance data and evolving search trends. You will lead and direct a dedicated team of link-builders while personally driving on-page SEO, semantic optimization, content strategy, and AI-powered search visibility initiatives.
Our immediate goal is to scale organic traffic to 10K monthly visits and build a high-performing conversion funnel that transforms search traffic into long-term business partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Architecture & Organic Growth (SEO)
Design and execute an aggressive organic growth roadmap targeting high-intent decision-makers (CTOs, Founders, VPs of Engineering).
Conduct deep semantic keyword research mapping to our core offerings: POCs, MVPs, Custom AI, Fractional CTO, and specialized tech frameworks specifically AI-Fist Software Engineering.
Identify high-value, low-competition content gaps in our target verticals.
2. Future-Proofing with AI & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
Optimize Phaedra Solutions’ digital footprint to ensure we are heavily cited and recommended by LLM search agents (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google’s Search Generative Experience).
Conduct research on search trends and brand positioning within LLMs to understand how AI bots scrape and reference B2B agencies.
Implement structured data, schemas, and brand-narrative networks that LLM crawlers trust.
3. Execution & AI-Workflow Automation
Leverage modern AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, and custom API scripts) to 10x content research, brief generation, and optimization workflows without sacrificing editorial quality.
Be ready to pivot strategies in real-time when search algorithms or LLM citation models shift.
Directly manage and guide our dedicated SEO link-building team, defining exact backlink targets and anchor-text strategies to build domain authority.
4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Collaborate with our UX/UI and copywriting teams to design high-converting landing pages.
Optimize the organic user journey to drive bookings for our free 30-minute discovery audits, aiming for a market-leading organic-to-lead conversion rate.
