We are seeking a Lead People Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
You will leverage your expertise in advanced analytics and workforce planning to provide actionable insights that support HR and business leadership. This role involves managing large datasets, developing metrics, and delivering predictive analytics to influence strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Create comprehensive people analytics reports aligned with HR and business leadership needs

Collaborate with HR and production teams to establish standard HR metrics

Maintain operational excellence by managing and transforming large datasets from multiple sources

Lead the development and implementation of data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics for senior leadership

Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in all data activities

Continuously monitor and update people analytics dashboards for timely insights

Manage stakeholder relationships to address evolving data and analytic requirements
Requirements

Extensive experience with 10+ years in people analytics or related fields

Advanced degree in human resource management, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline from a top-tier institution

Certification in people analytics demonstrating specialized knowledge

Minimum 8 years of experience managing data analytics and workforce planning in large organizations

Specialized knowledge of advanced statistical models and people analytics metrics

Proficiency in analytics tools including Microsoft Power BI and practical experience with SQL

Strong understanding of financial and statistical concepts

Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Competency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines under pressure

Accountability and ownership mindset with a passion for learning and growth
